I welcome you to Sandy Hill Community Health Centre and thank you for assuming this important responsibility.

Our focus on people and community-centred health and well-being means that we stress the importance of client and community service from each and every member of staff. Sandy Hill Community Health Centre is a provincially recognized Community Health Centre and is dedicated to delivering excellence in primary health care. We have made excellence a part of who we are and what we do, every day.
